With your design finalized, we are ready to get to work on building it. 

Preparation

Before we can lay concrete, we must first excavate the site, removing rocks and other debris that are in the way and that could potentially lead to future damage to your concrete patio. Our crew will remedy any sort of inconsistency in the sublayer. This stage of building is also the right time to mitigate any drainage issues that may exist. 

Then, we use machines to compact and level the surface. We may bring in additional sand or crushed stone as a fill to level any low spots. When the compacting is complete, the surface and the substrate are ready for the next step. 

Forms and Pouring

When the surface is fully prepared, we will lay out a wooden form to shape the concrete.  Then we will use metal bars and wires to add structure and strength to your finished product. Finally, we pour your concrete and perform any finishing work.
